Chi has been practising as a lawyer for over 20 years. She has worked in Australia, the United Kingdom and Hong Kong. She has extensive experience in numerous forms of financings from both the debt and capital markets.
Chi has worked in private practise as well as in house experience, which gives her an innate understanding of her clients.
Chi has also is well versed with corporate transactions as she has acted on numerous reorganisations and mergers and acquisitions.
