Camille is a senior employment lawyer with significant experience advising clients in Hong Kong and in the Asia Pacific region. 

She regularly advises companies and directors, particularly in the technology and finance sectors, on general employment law, commercial transactions, employee incentive schemes, workplace investigations, boardroom disputes and restrictive covenant disputes. 

Her practice has a particular focus on international employment law, and she often provides legal guidance to multinational companies on HR issues related to global workforce, including:

  • benefits and pensions
  • reduction in force 
  • international mobility 
  • diversity, equity and inclusion  

Camille also advises clients on a wide range of matters covering data privacy compliance, cross-border data transfer, cyber risk management and incident responses, whether with a HR focus or more broadly in respect of the business operations of an organisation.

In addition to private practice experience, Cami has previously worked as an in-house counsel in the oil and gas and banking sectors, handling employment and data protection matters in Hong Kong and throughout the Asia Pacific region.
